Online bookings can be made for small group study rooms in the LGS, Block 4. Projection equipment is available in two of these rooms (R#4 and R#9). Bookings are available Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. LGS is open from 8:00 am - midnight every day. The rooms are available for drop-in (first come, first served) on weekends and after 5:00 pm on weekdays.
Student numbers are restricted for each room as follows:

| Room 2: 5 persons | Room 4: 8 persons | Room 6: 4 persons | Room 8: 3 persons | Room 10: 4 persons |
NOTE: If you are 15 minutes or more late to claim a booked room, the booking for that room will be considered as cancelled for that hour, and the room will be made available to others.
To book, click on an available time slot, enter your details and then submit your booking. Addresses used must be valid Middlesex Dubai student emails. All bookings with invalid addresses will be deleted.
